Allow me the opportunity to let the community know about something I've discovered with my Versa which MAY help some users with blank display issues.. It's a fairly obvious one when you've gone through it logically but it can throw you if you're not expecting it.
I recently received a replacement unit (the fast drain power issue - I can report that thus far the battery is back to normal operation!) and discovered quite quickly that with the screen brightness set to auto, in a sufficiently dim room, where the Versa will try to conserve battery by responding to the ambient light by dimming the display, the screen dims to the point that the display almost or completely goes off. It's so drastic that my knee jerk reaction was to think that my new watch had a faulty display! It became apparent however that it simply seems very sensitive. I might assume that this is an issue which needs dealing with (firmware at a guess, since this constitutes a basic function of the watch) but if you have your watch set to auto brightness and your screen blanks out in low light, introduce the watch face to a light source to bring it back to life and adjust the brightness in the settings app to either low, normal or max. For now I'm operating the watch on a fixed setting for the evening and auto when I go out into sunlit hours.
