Versa screen broke

My versa screen broke and now I don’t know how to get it fixed. I have warranty but it doesn’t cover it ?!  I don’t want to buy a new one and I was to be able to swim and get water near my Fitbit now.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with extra information about the warranty policy. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
