Purchase my Versa fitbit 4/9/2018 about a month later knocked the screen, which I have done hundres of time with watches over my life time slight crack in bottom right hand corner, as everything was still working well I just left it but last week thought I would get it replaced contacted Customer support only to be told you can not replace the screen and as it is not covered by warranty I just have to live with the imperfection, this does not seem right as I have read previous modles were repaceable has anyone one has same problem

@shellharbour128 A warm welcome to our Community!
Sorry to hear about your damaged Versa screen. As @Odyssey13 mentioned Support base their resolutions on the Fitbit warranty. It is stated that accidental damage isn't covered by the warranty so this is most likely the case in this situation.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello and welcome to the forums @shellharbour128
Each case is handled on an individual basis. You can read more about the warranty here - click to view
Have you checked into getting a protective piece to go on the face of the Versa? You may find them at a third party seller, such as Amazon. Have you looked there?
