Versa screen detaching from the watch

Does this happen a lot?  My second Versa watch fell apart, literally!  The screen is coming off the base. I am holding it in place with a rubber band and the watch is actually still functional.

Call customer service and all they could do was offering me a 40% discount on another Versa watch.

I don't think so.

Thank you for understanding how I am feeling. On the matter of durability,
I would expect a Versa device to last a few years and not a few months.
Both times I called customer service to report my issue the representatives
confirmed that this was an ongoing issue. I hope that you are addressing it
as I have been a faithful Fitbit customer for years!

My versa screen keeps falling off as well. Doesnt matter what I do...its happened in different situations. I've literally had to request replacements 10 times in the past year, and now I'm at 15 months and it happened again, so make that 11!  Now they say they cant help me cause I'm out of warranty...even with all the weeks I was without it from shipping it back and waiting for replacements...its ridiculous paying 250 for a watch that is clearly faulty and doesnt even last a year.

This just happened to me today. It's under warranty. What is the procedure to get it repaired?

I am having the exact problem with my second Versa Lite watch. The screen is literally falling off. It was purchased back in November and replaced by Fitbit a few months ago. Now it is doing the exact same thing. This time I taped it together and carrying it around in my pocket to prevent it from completely falling apart. Will Fitbit correct this problem as well? I love the Fitbit products because of the community it has, but continuing to fail is not fun. I even purchased 2 for family members. My fingers are crossed that they don't have the same issue.

This also happen to me.

Bought my Versa in Jan 2019 so it is out of warranty in my case. I applied it with E8000 glue and it still working as normal.
