Hoping a moderator can help me. I contacted FitBit via phone on 12/15/2020. Was asked to email pictures of my Versa with the screen popped out of the bezel. I followed up the following week to verify that pics were received. Lady I spoke with said yes and that I would hear from someone shortly. I still have heard nothing and was hoping I might get a quicker answer here as to the status of this case.
