Frustrated with Versa screen. Fitbit admits it’s damaged but since this is the second failed Versa they go by original warranty period. I live by my Fitbit for family and friend challenges. I have had a variety of Fitbit devices for over 6 years, but I think it’s time to change. Thanks for suggestions on the community page to reset.

I'm sorry to hear that your the screen of your Versa stopped working. I'm sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is goof for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup of the original device.
