Versa screen frozen

I have tried resetting and a hard reset on my versa and the screen still does not work.

Hi @Crystaln18,

Which Versa do you have?  The original has 3 buttons for the watch, the other two (Lite and Versa 2) only have the one button on the side.

My screen froze up this afternoon. I was using the swimming exercise app. I paused it, and there it is stuck. If I press the right buttons the pause and the finish flag expand a bit, but pressing either does nothing. On other exercise apps, pause and& finish work just fine. How do I get unfrozen? Got this versa August 2019.
