I was working out today and noticed that my Fitbit versa screen was scrolling up and the image fades in and out, then coloured lines sporadically appear. The information on the screen seems to shunt to the top it looks like a glitch. I can still swipe the screen, but can't clearly see what's going on on it. I've reset it twice and done a hard factory reset and re updated to my phone. Fitbit chat is not available I've tried about 50 times to get onto the chat, sometimes I get into a queue but I get bumped down the waiting list. I'm at a loss. How can I report this, or even better has anyone got any experience or suggestions that may help me. Thanks in advance X
