Hi! I tried doing a live chat with support but I lost my connection and it won't let me back in. (Sorry Sara).
My Versa screen will turn on and then not turn off, as if it is being activated. It will start to scroll screens on its own. It will open apps and the screen will never turn off. It takes me several presses of the left button to get it to finally turn off because it is acting like it is still being activated on the screen, even though I'm not touching it.
I've tried restarting the device, updating the software and changing the watch face. Nothing has fixed it. It is dying within 2 days because the screen is active so much. It used to last more than 4 days. It is also very annoying when I'm sleeping. Help?

I’m having the EXACT same issue. I’d love suggestions on how to fix it.

Mine completely crapped out after a few days of this. My screen is now half black when activated and then slowly fades to completely black. I also noticed that my battery went from lasting 4-5 days to having to charge every other day prior to this happening. Ibe tried restarting it and made sure everything was up to date with no luck

I have the same issues. As of 3 days ago it started to randomly flicker and cycle through screens. What can I do. The versa is only 9 months old.

@Jen2001 @Lhick @tboyle51 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I appreciate the time spent troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Since your Versa watches are also glitching, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. Also, make sure that the restart process was performed as described in this help article before changing the clock face in case this hasn't been done.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I did this. I did a hard reset, factory reset. It randomly cycles through screens, whether I’m wearing it or not. (I haven’t been sleeping with it on because it was waking me up. In the middle of the night last night I heard it cycling through again).

Mine was doing random screen changes as though I was pressing buttons. Now screen has gone off and wont come back on. It seems on my app that the charge is going up but cannot change clock face while it's off. Do I need to log this officially or is this sufficient?

I have tried all of your suggestions and my versa continues to cycle through screens all day long until the battery dies. This is so frustrating!
