Versa screen gone crazy!!

My screen on my Versa (purchased 12/18) is going crazy! It randomly passes to alarm clock set, to exercise swimming to audio by itself and randomly. The random, unprompted screen changes are like a slot machine. It seems the screen calabration is off. It will not let me select anything. When I try to scroll through, it just does whatever. It randomly turned the volume down on my phone. Is this hacked? Do I send it in? I cannot use the screen function to turn it off. The touch screen function is not agreeing

I have the same problem and it ended up draining my battery so I charged it and it did the same thing including draining the battery, and now it won’t charge at all.  I also bought my versa Dec 2018.

Mine is doing that too. I've only had my Fitbit Versa for less than 6 months. It has never tracked sleep. It bounces from screen to screen. And I have a very basic clock interface. The main clock interface bounces from steps to heart rate to calories burned, so fast that I can't even see it. I don't know where to send my Fitbit. I've even made a video of it logging water for me. I'm at a loss as to what I can do.

Is there a fix for this?  Mine has been doing this for the last week or so.

I got absolutely no support from FitBit, after my second return for this is issue. My suggestion is to return it to the retailer ASAP. Get an Apple Watch...

FitBit stopped returning my emails and calls. Cut your losses and return it.
