A few days ago, after a run my watch turned off abruptly. It had 50% charge right before my run. When trying to turn on, it indicated out of battery. Placed on the charger and would not charge. Tried again the next day. Was able to charge but started having trouble with the screen and the battery also died fast. The steps also kept increasing despite me sitting. I charged again and was going to attempt factory reset to see if it helped but now the screen is stuck. I tried the 3 button method but it does not work at all. It keeps going to main screen. I didn't have any problems until the day it turned off abrublty. Is there a way I can reset from the app or anything else I can try?

Hi @JJPerez25, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen is stuck and it experienced battery and steps tracking issues. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.
Regarding your question, I'm afraid that the unit cannot be restarted from the app.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
