Fitbit,
I could not get the heart rate monitor to work again and took all the necessary steps that troubleshooting had to offer. Final attempt to remedy was the "3 button"/factory reset route. Versa will no longer turn on. At all. Shows no sign of charging, although was alreadyfully charged. Not under warranty. Has worked perfectly fine until heart monitor stopped and factory reset. Please help. I don't want a discount for a new one, I just want this one to work. Thank you in advance.
