Versa screen is black

My versa screen went black and only comes on while I touch it when it’s on the charger. It still syncs when it’s on the charger.  Any suggestions?  It’s only just a year old. Worked fine until the app update yesterday????

@Amarble it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or sync unless it's on the charger.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
