Versa screen is flickering

Since two months ago, the screen has been lagging and flickring on wake-up for about 10 seconds. But as of today it won't stop until the screen goes to sleep.

@simonphebert it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen is flickering until it turns off. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end and provide the same info, let me know how the hard reset was performed.

In the meantime, check out and follow the steps listed this help article in order to do a regular restart. If this is the way you performed a hard reset, please skip it and try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I've tried soft reset. Holding the 3 buttons of the Versa and wait until
the "flickering" Fitbit logo appeared. As it didn't solve the problem I've
got to the settings and do a factory reset. The watch asked me to download
the app as is it was a new watch. It took about 30 minutes to set it up.
The status bar with the Fitbit logo was also flickering. The face I use is
Layers provided by Fitbit.

But today, it takes about 0.5 seconds for the watch to be steady. I guess
it solved the problem but yesterday even after the hard reset, the watch
had time to go to sleep before it could stop shaking.

Thank you.
