Versa screen is not responsive to touch.

My screen is not working but the buttons still work. Ive tried to reset it and do the factory reset but i still can not get it to work again. It wont let me do anything on the screen

 

edit: now it wont even let me turn the screen on! I havent even had it for a year! I got it for Christmas this year

Mine is doing the same thing. The technical support offered no help.  They will not replace it either...
