This is my 2nd Versa Lite (the first Bluetooth didn't work) and I'm struggling to figure out how to get the notifications on my watch! I'm not sure if I've paired it properly or my Bluetooth on the phone or watch is faulty... Can anyone help?? TIA

Same issue here. This is a fitbit issue. They told me it was being worked on and to wait a few days for a call.
Totally not satisfied with this watch and fitbit.

I don't think you really understand how I feel about this because I am ready to return my Versa and my wife's as well. We have tried all your troubleshooting step and it makes no sense when you are asking people to go through those steps when fitbit knows there is an issue. I called support already and they told me it was a known issue and being worked on. They also said we would get a call back which never happened.
You have lost 2 fitbit customers due to your handling of this.
Hopefully Fitbit gets this issue fixed.
