I purchased my Versa from Amazon in June of 2018 and it has become unresponsive. The display showed thick vertical bars for a short time last night when I held it up to look at a notification. Shortly after that the screen became a faint gray glow. The buttons "seem to respond" since pushing any of them get a vibration feedback but the screen is completely gray. In the app, I tried changing the clock face to the original fitbit factory clock face and it still shows nothing but a gray screen. I tried several times to do a hard factory reset (holding in all three buttons then releasing the lower right button) but still nothing displays other than a gray screen. No fitbit logo ever displays to indicate a successful reset. I have sent a support request already and received an email with a case number. Since my one year warranty is rapidly approaching expiration, could this be expedited?
