Out of nowhere the brightness on my Versa is not adjusting. It's set on Auto but is really dim. I can't see anything on the screen while outside and even inside is hard to see. If I go to adjust the brightness, it stays the same when I choose dim / normal / max / auto. I reset the watch, that didn't do anything so I even went so far as to do a factory reset. While resetting there were moments the brightness was high but as soon as it had finished re-installing, it went back to the dim screen that cannot be adjusted.
