Again my Versa screen is unresponsive, this is a replacement for a screen that also became unresponsive, really? Anyone else?

I have done everything, I got an e-mail from support over a week ago with instructions, I have been updating and still no response, as info this versa is a replacement!!! as the first one I got also had screen failure after 2 months of purchasing it!!! It went black, then synched but still black, then overheated and now doesn’t synch anymore! It has been black since the beginning and that hasn’t changed! Any help, anytime soon?

Hi again, as advised by Linda MC and the team, I have done all of the above! The app doesn’t detect my Versa, and the screen is still black as of day one, plus still not vibrating, lights on the back not on and not synching. Thanks and will hold on for more feedback
