Versa screen not going to sleep while running?

Hi, restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo shows and release the buttons. If this really helped to solve your problem, see my signature. Thanks.

When you select "Running" (and some, maybe all, other exercises), there is an icon at top left, maybe a gear, that takes you to some settings for the exercise; one of those settings is "Always-on Screen (reduces battery life)".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
