Hi @Hollie93, I never go by what the app says. It only gives you the battery life of your device as of your last sync. If you want to see a more current update on your battery life, swipe up from the clock face on the Versa and it will tell you the current battery level of your device. Conversely, you can also install free clock faces on your Versa that will tell you your current battery life. My favorite designer for this is a woman by the name of "Amy". Just search for her name in the Clock Face Gallery and you'll see several options from her that will display all your stats, including battery life.
To charge the device, you will need the device itself, the charger it came with, and either a USB plug (such as a computer) or a wall outlet. Make sure to look on the back of the Versa where the contacts are (the little yellow dots) to see if they're clean. If not, you can use a toothpick to gently scrape around them. Then, plug your charger either into the computer or wall. Finally, making sure the contacts are lined up with the pins on the charger, put the device in the cradle and leave it there for an hour or two. You can check to see how close it is to being fully charged by tapping on the device at any time.
