Versa screen not responding

Hi, the screen on my versa won't react to touch. I reset and ended up doing a full factory reset, and still it doesn't work.. In fact it now has a mind of its own and the screens are bouncing from one to the other on their own free will

My Versa screen went blank and won't sync.  It is only 6 months old.  Anyone else having this issue?
