My Versa said clock error. Now my screen is dark. I went into the android app and it still logs steps, etc. I was able to change clock faces in the app but no change on my versa.
Then I tried resetting my Versa with the back and right bottom buttons and waiting 10 seconds. No Fitbit logo on screen.
Then I tried a factory reset, holding all three buttons. No Fitbit logo, nothing's works.
