Versa screen not working

The battery died and I couldn’t charge it for about 2 days. When I finally did, I left it overnight and the following day the watch was warm from charging but the screen wasn’t responding. 

I restarted it by pressing left and bottom right buttons at the same time and still nothing.

The sensors at the back aren’t working either.

@Camzapata welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display is not responding even though you've charged it and restarted it.

 

I don't consider a good behavior from your Versa since it got hot during the charging process. Due to this, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
