Versa screen not working

I fully charged my Versa last night. This morning, after about an hour of wearing it the screen turned to a pixelated rainbow and then completely turned black. According to my phone app, it was still tracking steps, but died shortly thereafter. I placed it back on the charging cradle and the app acknowledges it, but the screen is still not functioning.

Hi, first of all try the restarting procedure, if that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
