My Fitbit kept going to workout mode, shut off, and now it’s just a blank screen. I’ve tried restarting it and charging it. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Is the Versa still syncing? If this is the case then change the clock face. I also created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
