Versa screen not working

Suddenly tonight my screen stopped working. It is completely blank (black) even when I try charging it or resetting it, by holding down the three buttons for over 12 seconds (no Fitbit logo appears). It is still lighting up green at the back though, vibrates when charging  and tracks my activity - I can see this because it is still syncing with my phone. What can I do?

My Versa 2 is doing the exact same thing , only mine isn’t syncing properly now with my iPhone

My versa stopped working during the night. Was fine deforestation and had plenty of charge. Lights at back aren’t on either. I have tried holding buttons as suggested in forum but it won’t turn on.
