Hello, my Fitbit has stopped working! I used it on Sunday morning at the gym and by the afternoon it wasn’t working. It tried to charge it : its still connected to my phone but the screen won’t light up and it won’t sync. I did try to manually reset it and now it’s completely unresponsive. Help!

Hi, did you try the manual reset/restart 4-6 times in a row, cause one restart usually does not solve the problem. When the restart procedure does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support about it.

In addition, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process as well but you can skip it if you already tried it.
