Is it only on the clock face screen? If so try another clockface and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt, try several restarts. If the problem persists you will need contact Support (link in my signature)

@Oanas @SS_5 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Versa screen isn't working as it should and your battery is draining quickly. Besides the great suggestion @NellyG shared you can try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes!

Best AnswerYes, I tried multiple things; soft reset/restart over 10 times in a few hour period, putting it back on the charger for a few hours, even attempted a factory reset with the buttons only even though screen was black hoping I'd get lucky but nothing helped. After spending 7 on/off hours attempting get it working, I did reach out to customer service via email and they were very helpful in my situation.
Best AnswerMy whole Versa screen popped out in the middle of riding my bike and it won’t pop back I . Help.............Thanks!!
Best AnswerI’m very unhappy. My Fitbit Versa clock face has come off around the edges. It won’t go back! Gutted as it’s approx 6 months old and well cared for. Anybody had the same issue? What did you do? I hope Fitbit acknowledge the defect. I’m trying not to go to Apple for their version......
Best AnswerHello ! We called customer service and they ended up replacing. It was only 6 mos and there was no fixing it.
Best AnswerThank you so much for coming back to me. Hopefully I’ll get it replaced. It’s not a cheap gadget to buy....
