Yesterday my screen quit working. I looked online and have reset multiple times. Anyone have any ideas to get it back working? Also only 2nd green light is working.

Try installing a different clock face, preferably one from Fitbit.

That dis not work either. It shook twice like it was changing.

I wonder if it is a Fitbit issue all around? I guess I will try to email them direct.

Hi I had the same issue. Don't bother emailing as this can take days, phone them instead, they will go through checks with you and if there is a problem they will send a new one out. Much quicker. Hope that helps.
