Versa screen started to get pixelated

  • My fitbit Versa wasnt syncing. And when it started syncing, the screen stopped being responsive, wouldnt swipe right at all or down and would only swipe up once every 20 times I tried. Since I couldnt get to the settings to shut it down I finally resorted to a factory reset. Which was going fine and the more it started the set up the more the screen started to get pixelated and not visable. To which now you cant even see the screen only a hint of the back light glow.

Hi @Janae88, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen got pixelated and it's not visible. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know how the factory reset was performed.

In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the display gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
