Versa screen stays black

The screen on my Versa turns on but it stays black. The green sensor light on the back is on and the watch vibrates when notifications come through. I have tried resetting it multiple times and not even the Fitbit logo pops up on the screen. This has been going on for 3 days now.

What was the resolution. I am having the same issue and it happened after an ios update.

I had to buy a new one. My fitbit was past the warranty.

I figured as much! Did they offer a discounted rate to you? I know things can't last forever but a good 2 years would have been nice.

They did! I was able to get a Versa 2 for 25% off.

No resolution yet. Still black this morning after the person I chatted with told me what I needed to do which didn't work.

I got the same problem since last week. I have my watch since may, please tell me there's someting we can do.

Mine is doing the same thing... it's a bummer because I've already had it replaced for the same issue and now it's past the time they'll do anything. It seems like a well known problem that happens to a lot of Versa's. Too bad Fitbit won't recall them and fix the issue. I've loved my Fitbit, but I doubt I'll buy a new one since I can't justify spending that much on something that doesn't last over a year. 😞

As did I and I am very disappointed that my Versa 2 only lasted an year and a half.  Not sure I will be buying a new one.

They offered me 35% off a new one.
