So last night I'm laying in bed and noticed my Versa screen kept turning on. Tried setting it to manual wake-up, but the touch screen wouldn't respond.
I restarted the Versa 3 times with the hopes that would clear it up. I couldn't do a full shutdown because I couldn't get to the settings menu in the first place. I ended up taking off my fitbit so I'd stop trying to fix it and get to sleep.
Woke up this morning and the screen had turned grey and was non-responsive. Tried using the manual factory reset button procedure someone posted about in another thread and the factory reset wouldn't take. Now it's off and putting on the charger has no effect.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix? Or, is it time to send it into Fitbit Support to take a look?
FYI: My mobile syncing device is an iPhone 6S
