I can no longer swipe the face of my Versa. If I push the left button it goes to the run option and I can start that but nothing else. I tried re-starting 6 times but no different. I can see the output on the app but I can’t change the exercise settings.

Best AnswerSo I have been dealing with this for weeks and it's getting frustrating. I too cannot swipe the screen. When my alarm goes off I tap the check mark and nothing happens. I've cleaned the device's face and on the backside and I still can't shut off the alarm. The only thing that seems to work is when I push the left button. Other than that, the Alarm won't turn off. When I try to use the timer, the same thing occurs. I push the button to start the timer but I can't get it to start. I'm going to try a hard reset.
