Fitbit Versa is a piece of junk. Design defect that allows humidity to enter the watch kills the screen and then the "customer care" people @Fitbit tell you to go a F yourself and buy a new one after you've spent $200. If your fitbit versa died and you had that same response, since this people isn't giving you a solution but buying a new one. Go get a razor, slice the upper side of the screen (between screen and chest) the screen will pop up, and watch that humidity. I'd love to upload a pic... I'll send you all the link with the picture of my wife's Versa.
