For those of you running into this issue, where the screen is stuck on the logo and won't go any further, I might have an answer for you - so mine was doing the same thing, and I had tried resetting several times, wasn't working, I finally used a different device to do the setup with, and after that it went through the whole process and downloaded an update, and then it was back to normal! So if you're having the problem, try removing it from your account, then reset, and use a different device to set it back up on your fitbit account.
