Versa screen too dull

My versa screen is un-readable when outside in the daylight/when sun is shining. I've tried selecting a different clock face to see if it was just a particularly dull clock face, but I'm still struggling when outside to see any information on my screen. I've previously had a Charge 2 which was perfect for display brightness. Is there a way to increase the brightness on the screen?

Hi, press the settings on your Versa and on top of the screen you will see "brightness" . By pressing it, you can change it to: Normal - Maximal - Automatic - Dimmed. The default setting is either normal or automatic. Choose maximal when outside.

I have the same issue. Except when I press settings the “Brightness” option is a faded color and will not allow me to select it to change. This is also the same for the Do Not Disturb and The Screen Wake. All other options are bright and allow me to select them.

yes I’ve restarted/rebooted the Fitbit MULTIPLE times. Any suggestions????
