Mine literally just did the same thing. I can turn on the shortcut screen when I hold down the button. But I have no home screen.

Mine just did this too! If I hold down the button I just get the shortcut exercise.

So weird that we all experienced this within hours of each other. I just did a factory reset. That worked. And even though everything I read said you were going to lose everything, I didn’t. My app still has all the steps that I had before this happened. My data is still the same.
