I am not sure what to do about my versa. The screen suddenly went blank. When it came back it has vertical lines , that fades in and out. I can see that it is synching on my phone. I am not sure what to make of it. I do not swim or get it wet. Has always charged it on my laptop. What do I do?

@MissBea welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went blank and now shows vertical lines that fade in and out.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I followed the steps as described, it did not work at ll. My Screen is now blank. I can still see my stats on my phone app.
