So at just under a year of having our Versas, my wife's became unresponsive to touch and just glitchy. She contacted Fitbit, who very quickly replaced the "pebble" as they call it.
After a year and some months, mine did the same thing. The watch is basically unusable other than for telling time. And the battery life has gone to heck, because the screen randomly comes on and stays on.
After calling and troubleshooting with Fitbit support, they said they'd give me a discount for a new watch. The Versa clearly has issues based on what I'm seeing in the forums and they want me to buy another?
I'm just posting to say I'm done with Fitbit. Why should I buy another piece of crap that is going to fail within a year? You know there is an issue with this watch; how can I trust this or any other watch from you? Thanks for 1 year of service.

@vve1505 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the display issues that your Versa watch experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period.
I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.
