My screen is black and the green lights aren't on but my app shows all the info still, already did resets still black.

@Lacey00, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went black and the green lights won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, I'd like to know how the reset was performed.
In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the the screen turns on properly.
