Versa screen went blank

I purchased a Versa in 2018,less than 1 year after purchase it completely died. I returned it as was within warranty & received a new one. I am so disappointed, the new one I got in November 2019 has also completely died, screen went black & although was fully charged, did not respond in any way. This is unacceptable so now I have got my money back & no way would I get another fitbit watch. Basically, very unhappy that these watches, which are expensive are not value for money & breaking down so easily. So, my advice is stay away from Fitbit!!
