Versa screen went blank

Hi,my Versa screen is blank and wont come back on and its fully charged. The green light at the back also doesnt flash anymore. Its just dead. Please advisr. Thanks

Hello there @LLaas, welcome to the Community Forums. 

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I had same problem. My battery showed full when it synced at 10:30 last night, battery completely drained dead at 6 am this morning.
