Overnight my versa screen went dark and I cannot get it to come on. Activity is being tracked, it vibrates when I get a call or text. I tried a reset and it does nothing.
Mine has done exactly the same today. I’m gutted. It’s only 4 months old. I’ve tried holding the buttons down to do a factory reset but this won’t work. Mine is also syncing and registering on the app.
