Hello,
My versa's screen will not swipe. I have tried to reset it multiple times and I have also tried the factory reset. What else can I do to get my screen to work again.

Please call this number (877-623-4997) for fitbit, they will troubleshoot you and if all fails they will send you a replacement Versa if under one year warranty. I will say this will be my last watch that I buy to track steps (just my opinion)

@cmarie1226 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't swipe. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
If you haven't contacted our Fitbit support as @Prettysmile1 recommended, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit since there are times that third party clock faces may not work properly.
