Versa screen won't come on

My Versa screen won't come on, but is showing stats on the app and vibrates with calls and text message.

@Leocarter77, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on.

 

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on.
