Versa screen won't respond

My Versa face suddenly went black. It’s still counting steps and everything else. Just no face. I’ve changed the watch face through the app and tried restarting many times. Has anyone one else has this problem and your watch and it started working again.

I’m in the same boat. Factory reset saved me a month ago. Now I’ve tried restarting a dozen times. Couldn’t find the factory reset, and tried uninstalling the Versa from the app. Bad plan - I can’t see the code on the screen to connect them.

I downloaded the firmware update a few days ago, then my versa stopped responding mid way through a surfing session. Now screen is black, no response

I am having that problem.  My screen is dark, and unresponsive.  I am unable to swipe screens.  I am doing a factory reset.  Hopefully, my Fitbit Versa 2 might work.

I have had a similar issue of the screen going blank, it is on for 2 seconds and fades out . The device is still syncing , all this started post firmware update . I have called up customer care and they are recommending to change the device ( out of warranty! ) . If a within warranty device is destroyed by the user becomes ineligible for replacement i, it is only fair if the outside warranty device be replaced as it was a Fitbit firmware issue . I would like a replacement for my device if Fitbit is unable to resolve the issue.
