Last week my screen on my versa went black after glitching (lines across the screen, swiping left/right, opening apps within as if I were touching them) and hasn’t turned on since. The believe function of the device still works, I just can’t see/touch anything on the screen or feel the vibrations. I can see a faint light when charging, but other than that the screen won’t change. I’ve tried resetting it, charging it for long periods of time (even forgot it was charging for a whole day) updating my app and tried resynchronizing it..even read a couple articles in the comments to see if they had different options to try, and so far nothing. I’m hoping there’s something that can be done, I’ve only hadn’t it since February (was a gift for my birthday)

@EmmaC3 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the display turns on.
