Versa screen won't turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased my fitbit in May and it was working fine until last week.

Nothing happened to it and suddenly lines appeared on the screen and the battery died.

I charged it tried to restart it as indicated in the forums and the screen wouldn't light up at all.

I could hear the alarm so it had power but nothing on the screen.

Now when I try to restart it doesn't respond at all.

This is a new watch purchased a few months ago.

I can see in the forums that many people have similar issues.

Can you tell me how to resolve this situation?

Thanks,

Hi @Joanna89 , sorry to read that you have these problems with your Versa. Please call Customer Support cause it's still under warranty and you should be eligible for a replacement. Good luck and regards kuzibri
