I have fitbit versa 1 and its into 15 month and screen started flicking and next day .. saw its dead ...
Called customer case and they offered discount to buy new one ..
What a heck? .. we dont invest $200 for a device for 15 month .. I am big disappointed with them and will be turning off forever to Fibit

@surverules, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa screen won't be unable to turn on. I'm also sorry to hear that it's not longer under warranty.
The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
